Be you a visitor to the South Coast or permanent resident, young or old alike (our oldest participant is 90 years of age and the youngest is only 5), do not miss out on this international event which is organized by the Margate Round Table, Margate Tourism and the Hibiscus Coast Municipality.

Uvongo parkrun is a 5 km walk/run which takes place all over the world every Saturday morning, and it commences at 8.00 a.m.  The starting point for the Uvongo parkrun is St.Michaels beach and the course takes participants through Admiralty Reserve along the scenic ‘Saints Walk’, past the famous ‘Orange Rocks’, to Uvongo Beach and back again.

Participation is absolutely free and there are sponsored prizes based on the number of times one completes the course, as well as discounts, rewards, lucky draws and more!

Bring the whole family and enjoy the beautiful outdoors and the stunning surrounds of the South Coast while improving your level of fitness!  After participating, enjoy a coffee and well deserved and delicious breakfast, available at a 10% discount at the C-Bali restaurant on St.Michaels beach.
