RRRA Special Meeting August 2023

The agenda for the meeting is as allows:

1. Administrative matters:
  – Welcome and apologies;
  – Verify a quorum;
  – Approval of the Annual General minutes.

2. Ratify the Executive Committee.

3. Propose and approve the new Constitution

4. Propose and approve a membership fee increase.

The new constitution has been drafted to provide clarity on the structure of the Ramsgate Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association. We request that members review the new constitution using the following link:  RRRA Proposed Draft Constitution

The current annual Ramsgate Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association membership fee is R100.00 and the proposed annual fee is R150.00 per annum.

The Ramsgate community organisations are working together to make Ramsgate the South Coast a destination to live, work and play.

Kindly note that only paid members will be entitled to vote at the meeting.  Membership fees can be paid at the door.
