Notice is hereby given of the 6th Annual General Meeting of the Ramsgate Urban Development Precinct NPC that will take place on the 30th September 2023 at 11h30 immediately after the RCPF AGM at the Ramsgate Lions Club Hall in Glenmarkie Drive, Ramsgate where the following items will be discussed. This notice is issued within the prescribed period for issuing a notice of a Member’s meeting as
prescribed under Clause 2.7
We urge you to attend this meeting or in the event that this is not possible, to nominate a proxy in writing to represent your interests on the day. See Proxy form link below.
Please note the following:
Clause 2.11 (1) (1.4)
“no member who is in arrears with payment of the additional rate for more than 60 (sixty) days, shall be entitled to vote at a members’ meeting for so long as he/she is in arrears, except if the member can prove that he/she is in a dispute or has entered into an appropriate payment arrangement with the Council”.
2.9 Meeting Quorum and Postponement
The quorum shall be sufficient persons present at the Members’ Meeting to exercise, in aggregate, at least 2,5% (two and a half percent) of all of the Voting rights that are entitled to be exercised in respect of at least 1 (one) matter to be decided at the Members’ Meeting but if the Company has more than 2 (two). Members entitled to vote, the Members’ Meeting may not begin unless in addition at least 3 (three). Members entitled to vote are present.
